Ronaldo to quit Spain

              Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo has made known his intentions of leaving the Spanish giants Real Madrid. Reports cite the recent allegations levied against him for tax fraud (nearly £13million) as one of the possible reasons for his decision to leave.

            He has frequently complained too about the lack of support received from fans whenever he puts up a not-so-good performance. The four-time Ballon d’Or winner has already informed the club’s president Florentino Perez, stating that his decision is irreversible.

            His former club Manchester United and French side Paris Saint-Germain are the two most likely destinations for the star who has spent seven years at the Bernabeu. His current contract is due in 2021.

            Other possible destinations for the Real Madrid forward include; Chelsea, Manchester City and the Chinese Super League from which he turned down a €300m offer last year. With the transfer window period just around the corner, fingers are crossed to see if he actually pushes for a transfer.
